More than just a tour of the temples of gastronomy, market towns and wine tastings, Gastronomicity is a unique opportunity to get to know the real regions of French and regional cuisine, starting with original and authentic cooking classes, wine appreciation sessions and guided tours of markets, vineyards, Paris and the regions.

Thoroughly bilingual, your cooking instructors, wine appreciation teachers and tour guides have collectively shared their unequalled and unique knowledge and passion for gastronomy with many hundreds of students over the years. A day with GastronomiCitys' teachers is an insider's experience of Paris and the famous gastronomic regions of France while you create gourmet meals and meet the people behind the product, you will connect with Paris, the gastronomic regions of France in many new and unexpected ways.

Bienvenue en France
GastronomiCity cooking classes take place in the fun and intimate atmosphere of original and specially chosen kitchens. Using the freshest seasonal ingredients, you will learn a contemporary version of "cuisine bourgeoise", the French classic and modern recipes that intrigue you, and the tricks of the trade that make them easy to recreate at home. Every class also includes a cheese tasting, along with discussion and explanation of the subtleties that make France's fromage so unique.

As for the culinary excursions, GastronomiCitys' guides share a lifelong interest in food which has led them to seek out the best that Paris and France have to offer, be it bread, cheese, spices or chocolate. Our guides know how to transform grocery shopping into a treasure hunt.

Follow in GastronomiCitys' hungry footsteps and you will meet fellow food-and-wine enthusiasts and artisan producers who are all eager to share their expertise.
